About NorCal

NorCal Football Scouting assists over 80 colleges across the country by providing information and game film on some of the top student/ahletes in the state. Our film crew covers games throughout the season and provides high quality digital film so a college can get a good look at the athletes they are evaluating. In addition to our game films and Scouitng Report we offer NorCal Scoutings underclassmen top player videos/DVD's at the beginning of the recruiting season.
